You can craft Hearts using the recipe shown in the image.
A crafted Heart can be right-clicked to use it and gain an extra heart.
If you reach 0 hearts you will be banned until someone revives you.

To revive a player, you first need to craft a Revive Beacon.
The recipe is shown in the image. After crafting it, place the beacon down on the ground like in the second image.
